You can use AccuRx to:

• Ask about a new or ongoing health problem

• Ask for a sick note (fit note)

Surgery Opening Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 6:30pm

• Saturday/Sunday: Closed

 For urgent medical attention outside these hours, please call NHS 111 or in emergencies dial 999.
