We would like to share an overview of our latest appointments activity to help keep our patients informed about how we are supporting the local community.

Currently, our practice is caring for 7,344 registered patients. Over the reporting period, we delivered a total of 12,691 appointments, demonstrating the high level of demand for our services.

Appointment breakdown:

• Face-to-face appointments: 12,126
• Appointments booked with a GP: the majority of appointments were delivered by our GP team
• Same-day appointments: 3,448, ensuring urgent needs were addressed promptly
• Did Not Attend (DNA) appointments: 527

We continue to prioritise timely access to care, with a strong focus on offering same-day appointments wherever clinically appropriate. However, we would kindly remind patients that missed appointments (DNAs) have a significant impact on service availability and can prevent other patients from being seen. If patients are missing 3 appointments within 6 months, they will be removed from our patients list. We would ask you to cancel it at least 24 hours before your appointment. 

If you can no longer attend your appointment, please cancel it as early as possible so it can be offered to someone else.
