It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of retired Dr. Ainsworth, a much-loved and highly respected doctor of the Rockleigh Court Surgery family.

Dr. Ainsworth was more than a colleague, he was a mentor, a friend, and a source of calm reassurance to everyone who had the privilege of knowing and working with him. His dedication to his patients, his compassion, and his gentle manner touched countless lives over the years.

He will be remembered not only for his clinical excellence and professionalism, but for his warmth, kindness, and quiet strength. His contributions to our practice and to the local community were immeasurable, and his legacy will live on in the many people whose lives he touched.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
