CM11 and CM12 Posted or Updated on 12 May 2026

We are writing to let you know that our practice has started identifying patients who are currently living in the CM11 and CM12 postcode areas.

As part of this process, you will shortly receive a letter from the practice and NHS PCSE (Primary Care Support England) advising that you have 28 days to register with a GP practice local to where you now live as you are outside of our catchment area. 

This step is necessary to ensure you are registered with a practice that can provide you with appropriate and accessible care near your home.

If you have already registered with a new local GP practice, you can ignore this message.
