Important Notice for Patients – Out of Area Registrations
We are currently identifying patients living at the following postcodes CM11 and CM12 and sending letters advising to register with a GP practice in your catchment area.
Patients found to be living outside the designated area will receive a letter advising them to register with a GP practice within their local catchment area. This change is necessary to ensure that all patients receive appropriate care and access to home visit services when required.
If you have recently moved or are unsure whether your address is within our catchment area, please contact the surgery as soon as possible.
